Genesis Global, a low-code application development platform specifically designed for financial markets organisations, has announced the appointment of Nitin Gupta as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Gupta, who will report to CEO Stephen Murphy, brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as the Americas Sales Leader for Global Financial Services EMEA at Amazon Web Services.
During his eight-year tenure at Amazon Web Services, Gupta held several senior business development roles, where he developed a strong reputation for building robust client relationships in financial markets. His track record includes driving revenue growth and enhancing performance across global sales teams. In his new position at Genesis, Gupta will oversee the entire sales organisation, including Sales Enablement, Partnerships, Strategic Account Management and Client Success.

With over 20 years of experience in capital markets, Gupta’s career has spanned roles at Yodlee and Capgemini where he built commercial relationships across wealth management, credit risk management, retail banking, payments, and other financial segments. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce at Delhi University.
